Heritage Ridge is located west of Nestrom Road ½ mile south of Duck Lake Road and is within one mile of Lake Michigan, Duck Lake , and Duck Lake State Park .
Heritage Ridge is a site condominium development consisting of thirty units (lots) between 1 and 1.5 acres in size. This development is fully improved with a paved road, an enclosed storm sewer system, and underground utilities, which include electric, natural gas, cable, & phone. Its topography includes rolling hills, sandy soils, and a beautiful mix of mature trees. Several of the sites are naturally suited for “walkout” or “viewout” basements.
Heritage Ridge is intended for a compatible mix of single-family homes and is governed by restrictive convenenants and bylaws which require minimal design standards. The restrictive convenants and bylaws are intended to promote an esthetically appealing and orderly neighborhood, while not being overly burdensome.
